So, the probabilities of one getting weak and ill gets more for remaining under the moon for a longer time.
<p>Another myth is that the full moon is the symbol or the proof of the menstrual circle of women and also no woman should practice yoga on full moon. This is actually not the case and sometimes only in some rare cases the menstrual circle of a woman gets matched with the circle of the moon because just as the moon’s circle, a woman’s periodic circle too is of 28 days. Also, the factor of practicing yoga on the full moon depends on the comfort and interest of the woman and there is nothing to bother about.</p>

There are five exercises here, it is simply perfect if you can make it to go for all or can try your hands on one and start feeling the difference!</p>

<p>The first exercise is none other than squats. The best thing about squats is that even though your work session is over, your muscles will stay warmed up and keeps burning the calories though you are doing nothing and simply sitting or sleeping. The metabolism of the body remains elevated for up to 48 hours once you practice weightlifting. Overhead squats are said to have more benefits. Good to go for?
<p>Kettlebell Swings is another exercise that engages the whole body and lets the body experience both cardio and strength work outs. While doing Kettlebell Swings, the legs get more engaged and the most of the power comes from it. Even though you do not have too much of time, you can go for it by taking only 10 minutes in hand. It is just about practicing ten kettlebell swings with 30 seconds of interval between the swings and 30 seconds of rest after the swings. How about picking this one?
<p>Boxing, a rather more familiar form of exercise which will let you enjoy punching the person in front of you rather than thinking about burning calories, right? But in this case forget about punching anybody and either opt for the punching bag or the weighted gloves for shadow boxing. You can act like boxing by holding light dumbbells in your hands as well. Very perfect for you to sweat fast and increase your heart rate.
<p>Plyometrics is another exercise that you can take as an alternative of the squats where you will have to practice burpee and mountain climbing just in the same rate and interval as I said for the Kettlebell swings.
<p>Finally, naming cycling at the very last too has a reason as I know quite many of you will jump out of joy that yes, I can definitely make it possible at least. This is just to see the big smile in your faces and to remind you that it’s time that you get started and hop on your bike early in the morning and paddle out for a long ride. Well, if you can switch from the bus or taxi to the cycle and opt it for a ride every day to the market or to the college classes, then you are right in your way to get rid of all your fats and look slimmer.</p>

If you are naturally gifted with a very well-toned thigh then you are pretty lucky but then you cannot ignore the chance of gaining fat and the thighs getting bulky. You might be aware of this fact that there are different types of exercises for different parts of the body and today I will tell you about four exercises to shape up your thighs. Regular practice these simple exercises will let you get an enviable pair of thighs without even the need to go to the gym and consult the guide.</p>

<p>The first exercise will need to you stand straight and then take a big step by one leg. Drop your hips down by keeping your feet in the same posture and then bend your knees and make a lunge position. Hold it for a few seconds and go back to the straight standing position. Switch the sides now and do the same steps.
<p>For the next exercise, you will have to use a chair. Put one leg on the chair and bring the standing foot out wide. Now bend the knees again and make the same lunge position as before. Go back to the former position and repeat the same step in the other leg.
<p>The third exercise will need you to go to the staircase of your house or you can get a wooden step bench. Put one foot on a stair and step up by putting another foot. Now put the former foot back on the ground and bring the other foot back again. Follow the first leg by the second in this way and do it for five to ten repetitions.
<p>Lastly, you will need an exercise ball. You can do multiple exercises with the ball by using it against the wall, by standing up against the ball, can sit in a squat position and roll the ball up and down by leaning against the ball on your knees in 90 degrees.
<p>They are very simple and instant and you can feel the different in your thighs right since the first day.</p>

But the surprising result that came out very recently during a research is that although women love to look good, they do no love to do much of the physical exercises. In comparison to men, the urge to exercise and practice it regularly is much lesser in women. This has been proved in a new study held at Oregon State University where the researchers have come to this point that women are not even willing to complete a 30 minute exercise a day which a man can and does at one go. </p>

<p>But this is not good news at all for ladies as lack of exercise means lots of diseases. A lazy body is nothing but the gateway to big diseases like high blood pressure, high risk of stroke, high cholesterol, coronary diseases, weight gain and Type 2 diabetes. The study was done on some more than 1,000 men and women and it was seen that women can do the exercises for some 19 minutes a day and feels like exhausted or bored of. Wherever, in comparison to this, men completes the session of 30 minutes exercise a day easily.
<p>As physical activity reduces depression, men are found to be less depressed than women. But women, due to less exercises gets more depressed and it is found that one woman out of five suffers from or shows the symptoms of suffering from depression along with other risks like abdominal fat and lack of insulin resistance.
<p>Although the reasons of such behavior of women could not be found out in the study, it still is enough to trigger up your exercising attitudes, right?</p>

The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends only 150 minutes of walking or exercise every week and hence, there is nothing to take much stress and you can slowly build up your endurance power.</p>

There will be exercises, yoga, body stretching and ballet etc. different moves and steps for you in the classes. Every class will last for a 30 minutes’ time and there will be some 15 minute core classes.
<p>However, while following these classes you will have to be very sure that you make yourself available and tune in to the exercises on time as there will be no repetition of the class and you will miss it for forever for your carelessness. You will be able to access a free trial class for 60 minutes and on signing up for once there will be unlimited access to as many classes as you want. You will just have to pay $9.99 a month for the first year and for the next year it is $14.99.</p>

<p>The first exercise is about improving your sitting posture and to relieve your upper back from the stand still sitting postures. It is basically involving your shoulders in this exercise. Begin it by putting the elbows at your sides, keeping the palms up ad then by bringing the shoulder blades together. It will be like squeezing your shoulders and bringing them in and now push them down retaining the same position towards your butt. You will feel as if squeezed in your shoulders but you will have to hold this position for at least 5 to 10 seconds. This exercise of squeezing in the shoulder and then pulling it down will have to be repeated at least from 5 to 20 times for better and effective results.
<p>Next is for your butt in which you will have to make your butt thin and bring the cheeks together by tightening them but without getting your hands on it. While doing so you will feel like lifting a little bit off the chair and that is necessary for the right posture. Hold this position for at least 5 seconds and repeat this step for some 20 times, if possible.</p>

So, before doing anything else and while you have sometime left in your hands, put more attention on trimming yourself up rather than consuming chocolates and burgers out of tension.</p>

<p>So, easy and simple exercises have been brought for you that you will wonder will these really work in getting you that bikini perfect body! But trust me, these will work magically for you and you do not need to find any extra hours for doing these nor do these need hours after hours of practices.
<p>First is the Swaying Bridge exercise in which you will have to lay on your bed or on a cot leave your body on your back. Now by supporting your toes on the ground or on the cot, bend your knees in a position that your heels lie exactly under your knees in a perpendicular position. Now by resting on your hands first lift your waist and then the whole body with the legs retained in the same position as before. Make your body look like a bridge and sway your hips in left and right sides one by one. Repeat alternative sways and do it 10 times.
<p>Next is Door Hinge in which you will have to place your wrists under shoulders and then the knees under hips. By keeping your shoulders in a square position with the ground and then by pulling in your belly button now move your leg to the side. While doing so keep a 90 degree angle in your knee and repeat this step for 25 times on both the sides.
<p>Lastly, it is the Lying Leg Lifts exercise in which you will again have to lie down on one side keeping your hips and knees stacked and then pulling out your top leg in front of you for a few inches. Keep your leg straight while doing so and see that a little angle is created at the hip and raise your foot towards the ceiling in this position. Once done, break the pose and built it again for another repetition and do it 25 times.
<p>Simply these much of exercises and you will find your butts coming to shape and those saddlebags existing nowhere.</p>
