<p>Eating white bread really do nothing good for you. And if whole-grain bread can help with your heart health white bread benefits are nit that evident.</p>

<p>I don&#8217;t like onion but most salads come with it. Fortunately, inions don’t do too much for your body, you&#8217;d better choose scallions or spring onions.</p>

<p>No matter how much you love bacon in salads … bacon pieces contain tons of fat and they are very unhealthy. Substitute bacon with pumpkin seeds.</p>
