Have you heard about Tofu? For those who havn’t, I would like to mention that Tofu is made from soy milk, which is highly nutritious. Literal meaning of Tofu is soya bean curd. Tofu can be eaten in many ways:

  • You can mix crumbled tofu to lightly fried onion and garlic. It will give the appearance of beaten egg. Well, add some turmeric for color and mixed herbs for flavour.
  • Pre smoked Tofu can be added to salads and sandwiches.
  • Tofu burgers are a healthy option instead of chicken burgers.
