<p>The first thing to keep in mind while performing any butt exercise is that you need to focus and contract your butt muscles as much as you can. Also, proper bodyweights should be used in order to build butt muscles stronger and more effectively.</p>

<p>Doing squats is one of the most effective ways of toning those heavy butts. All you need to do for this is stand with a shoulder distance apart between your feet. To have a great intensity of this exercise, hold a set of dumbbells in your hands. </p>

<p>Now, bend your knees and keep the dumbbells in your hand with your hand folded upwards. Hold the pose for 10 seconds and try to press the heels. Repeat this exercise for 3 sets of 15 repetitions each.

All these exercises basically focus on the butt and hip area and therefore help reducing the excess fat accumulated there with ease.
