<p><b>Sarvangasana</b></p>
<p>Sarvangasana factually means exercise for each part of the body. Below is the method given for doing a sarvangasana.</p>
<ul>
<li>Lie on your backside down on a mat.
<li>Exhale and raise your legs griped by both hands stretching them up till around 130 degrees.
<li>Try bringing your jaw in the vicinity of your torso.
<li>hold your body as high up as possible. The asana is a shoulder stand, so your shoulder has to lift your body and not your back.
<li>Continue this for one minute and then extending it up to 5 minutes once you get used to the asana.</li>
