Denise Richards

It is very troublesome to think about post delivery weight. Denise Richards lost 30 pounds in 4 months after begetting her second child. She used to get up at 5 am and go to gym. There she used to do weight lifts and cardio. The only thing that made her do it was DETERMINATION and MOTIVATION to achieve her goal.
