Christina Aguilera is not a young and irresponsive girl anymore (although, some of her actions state right the contrary). She is a wife and mother. But most of us just wonder how she managed to lose the pregnancy weight so quickly? And she looks great in a nick of time! May be due to numerous and really talented trainers or may be because it is just not a problem for her. Anyway, she made a great job and she is ready to share with us her diet and exercise tips.
Christina’s Exercises:
- 40 minute intervals of cardio
- 40 minutes of strength training with
- 300 ab strengthening crunches
- 10 minutes of stretching
Christina’s Diet Plan:
- Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, wheat muffin with peanut butter and jelly
- Snack - A piece of any fruit
- Lunch - Tuna on whole wheat bread
- Snack - Cheddar cheese
- Dinner - Chicken or fish entree with a salad
- Supper – forget about it )
