Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps has 8 gold medals and the new cover of Sports Illustrated. Phelps stands with all his medals on the neck and that is the way he pays homage to Mark Spitz (who had seven golds in the 1972 Munich games).
His trainers say, that Michael broke a record every time he went into the water and he looks like a Grecian God, but his nutrition is not God-like at all. In order to stay in fir Phelps eats approximately 10,000 calories a day. Frankly speaking, to get all these calories he should eat all day long.
His breakfast includes three sandwiches of fried eggs, cheese, lettuce, tomato, an omelet, a bowl of grits, French toasts with powdered sugar, and three chocolate-chip pancakes. It will take the whole day for me to eat all these.
And one more thing, his regime is very exhausting and sometimes the sportsman has only a couple of minutes to be prepared for the next race. So between them he east some fat-rich dishes.
Congrats!!!
