Michelle Obama is not only a style icon and a wife of the 44th US president, she has a career of her own – she is a vice president of community and external affairs at the University of Chicago Medical Center.

I just wonder how does she find time for workouts? And it turned out that Michelle perfectly knows how to get balance between job, family and sport.
Michelle visits gym 3 times a week (and never finds any excuses), she has a personal trainer and she works in a gym for about an hour. As a rule, she does a lot of cardio and weight training.
