- Drink green tea
Drinking green or white tea makes us healthier in the literally meaning of this word. Why? Because drinking these teas we are not snacking, we get antioxidants and add water to diets. Gwyneth Paltrow and Courtney Love can’t agree more.
- Eat vegetables
It goes without saying that vegetables contain lots of fiber and antioxidants. The brighter colours the better. Alicia Silverstone completely agrees and she is a vegetarian since 1998.

I agree with the antioxidant angle. I believe they are the best weapon for fighting the “rust” that is trying to tear me down. I do like green tea, but I’ve heard that a lot of celebrities are drinking Purple now. It’s supposed to be loaded with antioxidants and they even use it as a mixer for healthier cocktails.
