Most of us would die to be slim and beautiful, actually there is no use to die. Relax. No, I won’t tell you the whole advantages of being a full person, cause it is not the reason I am writing this article, I simply want to share with you some common advice on the best ways to lose weight and stay healthy. Would you like to try?

  • Look what you eat

I know it sounds terrible and too trite to be true but I am not kidding. Please, remember, a good beginning is half the battle – start looking up the fat content of products you are buying. Don’t buy products with fats and if there is no way to escape this, then face the truth and don’t even dare to eat them. In a couple of months you will know what you can eat and what is not for you.

  • No pills

Please, forget it. All these people DO NOT work, otherwise we’ll all be skinny or slim. Such a way of treatment brings more harm than use. Your body gets addicted to the pills and you can spend years curing the aftermaths. Almost all pills have serious side effects and almost all doctors will NEVER mention them.

  • Surgery is not the way out

Because it is really not … it can kill you or make a monster out of you. Nobody knows why operations go wrong but sometimes such things happen and they DO go wrong.

  • Stand up for 10 minutes

Find time to stand as often as you can because standing boosts your metabolism, and you can easily and quickly digest your food.

  • Count your calories

And be honest. By the way, I MEAN COUNT, all your almost invisible and allegedly innocent “bites”, “licks”, and even “nibbles” must be in this list as well. And afterwards find out how much calories you are allowed to get.

  • Eat fruits

Fruit and vegetables are your best friends and supporters in this war because they really help and work wonders. They kill your hunger, they are low calorie and you can take them whenever you go.

  • Check what you are drinking

While on a diet we strictly follow its rules as to what and how and when to eat but we never pay attention to the fact – WHAT to drink and very often we consume a huge portion of calories with drinks. Such drinks as Coca-Cola and Fanta are forbidden.

  • Be precise

Try to eat in accordance with your own schedule, because in such a way your body will know where to expect food.

  • Have a proper mealtime

No TV, books or magazines while you are eating because they can easily distract you from how much you’ve actually eaten.

  • Be optimistic

Anyway, always be optimistic and that is the best way to make things!
