Amanda Seyfried revealed that it is all because of her strict diet regime that she is looking the way she is now. This actress said that it was an intense diet in which she was supposed to eat just spinach each day. Apart from spinach she was allowed to eat some seeds.
Her diet comprised of raw foods to give her a fresh face and system. With her diet she combined a proper exercising regime to stay fit and fine. She said that since she is an actress staying in shape is her utmost priority and she did just that the result is in front of you.
Amanda’s diet didn’t allow her to indulge in fried foods, sweets and high protein foods.
