It is the banana diet plan! And that doesn’t mean you are only supposed to have bananas the whole day, without any meals.
Just wait and read this, its only 5 bananas a day and the weight loss begin! It is a slow and steady weight loss process. And involves 3 general rules:
Have 1-2 bananas before breakfast, 2 bananas before lunch and lastly the day ends with a single banana before having your dinner..and that’s it!
We don’t restrict you from having your daily meals, or excluding anything from you meals just follow the banana magic!

It includes having banana in the morning with warm water, this in turns makes you feel heavy and you don’t tend to have anything till your lunch time.
