Uhhhhhh!!! She looks hot in that white bikini. Yea Britney Spears is back in shape with a new diet plan. Here’s how she managed to loose weight and have a bikini fit body.

  • Spears banned sugar totally. She did not even have fruits or juices because of sugar.
  • Her diet comprises of chicken, salmon and rice. She also eats avocados.
  • For breakfast she eats egg whites.
  • Her lunch consist of turkey burgers.
  • According to her if you eat the correct food and just maintain 1200 calories per day you can have a bikini body.
