The hot and happening Jennifer Aniston had shredded almost 30 pounds on a high protein, low carb diet regime. She had also convinced her then hubby Brad Pitt to try out the low carb diet. Her “Friends” co-stars Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry had also given a try to this low carb diet on Jen’s path.
Her diet comprises of loads and loads of fresh salads and a negligible amount of protein. She has lots of water and fresh fruits and vegetable are a must. Her favorite food comprises of Mexican stuff like finger chips and salsa.
Renee Zellweger had also tried the ratio of 40:30:30 where 40% comprised of carbohydrates and 30% of each fat and protein respectively. And with the help of this low carb diet Renee had reduced after gaining a reasonable amount of weight for her character in Bridget Jones’s Diary.
