If you are really getting desperate to cut your calories and wanna see you getting slimmer again then go veggie guys. The benefits of being vegetarian are just all the way and you definitely will not have to worry about putting on. Yes, there are lots many diets and you can get a good diet routine by approaching a dietician but another best way for you to cut the numbers in calorie is to follow a strictly vegetarian diet.

See, you should opt for this path only if you think that you can compromise on your part and have this confidence that you will not rush to taste a chicken dish simply driven by its aroma. The best vegetarian diet that you can go for is the Dean Ornish diet which can assure you of equally good proportion of protein and vitamin with a guaranteed less than 10% calorie.

Following this diet include eating foods and fruits like lentils, red Mexican beans, peas, split peas, garbanzos, soybeans, watermelons, pineapples, blueberries, apples, peaches, honeydew melons, raspberries, wheat, potatoes, zucchini, cantaloupes, apricots and broccoli. Asparagus, black beans, carrots, kidney beans, strawberries, onions, barley, spinach, navy beans, cherries, oranges, mushrooms, black-eyed peas and tomatoes too are in the list of foods that you should eat. But still this much of list of foods too will help you a lot, isn’t it?

Go for the Dean Ornish diet, totally avoid eating non-vegetarian dishes and find both your calories and lifestyle changing towards a better track.
