Before longing for a healthy skin, first of all, you will have to make it clear as to what actually healthy skin is. You will be praised only when your face and body skin looks naturally fresh, glows, is free from acne and pimples and is with a normal skin tone. What? Getting such a skin will be really tough? No friends, it’s not at all tough and you too can get such a skin but for that you will have to put your dedication and full efforts. Let’s get into the herbs of nature and find for a perfect solution of having a healthy skin.

The very first thing in this respect is that you will have to improve your eating habits. Occasional eating of fries and spicy things will do but not regularly. Instead of that, switch totally to natural things like fresh fruits, green vegetables and boiled dishes. The effects will very soon be prominent in your skin! Choose to eat papaya, apple, grapes, mango, banana etc fruits mostly. Always try to consume as much your body can. Once your appetite is over, don’t just dare to look at your dish again even if it is half finished. Don’t worry, feed left over food to birds and to stray dogs. From then onwards avoid taking a full plate of foods.

Water, water and only water. There can be no harm of drinking too much of water and nor will you die of over-drinking! Just make it a habit of drinking as much water as you can. 8 glasses a day is just the very necessary and basic thing.

You will also have to be careful in the use of the oil. Always use vegetable oil and that is too, just a few drops. It helps in the prevention of the growth of cholesterol in your body.

A few things that you should try to intake regularly are ripe tomato, fresh vegetable salads, melons, nuts and oilseeds, spinach, berries, oat meal, soy and carrots etc. However, certain things that you will have to stay completely away are cigarette smoking, alcohol, caffeine, sun rays and stress.
