If you are totally sick of following the harsh and strict diet plans and have been unable to keep your promise of not touching the junk foods then it is the time that you should stop following such diets. When it gets so difficult for you to keep yourself away from all those unhealthy yet tasty foods you should forget about forgetting your bad habits and go for something new and working like buying the book “Diet Rehab” and putting just a little effort in following it. The book, written by Dr. Mike Dow and Antonia Blyth will let one replace his bad eating habits with the good food taking habits just very gradually and in 28 days. It is a four week program mentioned in detail and one by one in the book which can really work like a magic in making one free from the grip of bad foods.

There are four parts in the book that comprises of the following-

First part– The first part makes the reader learn how the brain gets affected by the high-fat and high-sugar foods by letting also identify the pitfalls of such foods. Together with that the benefit of the boosters (the kind of foods and behaviors which helps in improving the brain system) are also explained.

Second part – In this part of the book you will be learned to know what you’re your body lack, whether it serotonin or dopamine or both and how to fill these up.

Third part– This part of the book is about understanding and realizing the pitfalls in your thinking and trying to overcome it. That will start with thinking over no repeating the bad eating habits and finding the bad sides of emotional eating and binge eating.

Fourth part– It is last part and by this time you will get to identify the booster foods and fill these in your plate in place of the unhealthy foods. Further, there will be schedules of incorporating booster activities too in your daily schedule. This is required as the booster activities increase the level of serotonin and dopamine in the body.
