Hello dears!!! Here are some great diet tips that your favorite celebrities themselves follow and set an example for you people to follow them.

Cindy Crawford regularly intakes a modest amount of vinegar before the night meal to smother her hunger and hence eat less.

Demi Moore eats apples and peanut butter to overcome her sugar yearning instead of eating some unhealthy food stuff.
