It is good if you have been able to cut on the calories that you would otherwise gain by taking meat and other meat made products. So, if you are avoiding a beef or meat burger then that will be profitable for you only if you have also been able to avoid a vegetable burger which also carries calories counting more than 1,000.

In comparison to many vending machines made snacks and other fried things the Rice Cakes definitely are good with low calories and for being fat-free. But then the things these lacks are fiber or protein. This in turn increases your hunger and leaves you craving for some more foods.
