Dears! You all must be wondering, how we can reduce the skin problems like acne and pimples with changing our diets. Yes! It is possible as whatever goes inside our body leaves an impact on it. For instance, if we munch up fried food, we may end up becoming fat. Similarly, our skin also responds to the food intake.

It has been proved by various researches that one can reduce 50 % acne by taking up high-protein diet. The prescribed diet to cure acne consists of veggies, fruits, seafood and fish. Mind it, you need to say bye to carbohydrates.

Also, just don’t even look at chocolates, ice-creams and soft or hard drinks. Instead, make it a habit of drinking lot of water.

Well! You need to cut out dairy products too as whole milk contains fat. This means even curd will be troublesome. In case you need to drink, you can go for toned milk. But, the best option will be soya milk.

In a nutshell, just as Oprah did, you should opt out for a detox diet.
