French Diet

Have you ever seen French people eat or drink? If not then I’ll tell you they eat heavy food and drink tons of wine and smoke. But in spite of all these bad habits they never grow fat. Instead they are lean and healthy. Today I’ll be revealing their fitness secret which lies in their diet.

Intake of food needs a cool a calm atmosphere for healthy results. The French relish their food. Time doesn’t matter for them whether you take 2 hours or more but have your lunch or dinner peacefully. They value each and every bite they eat. So this is the first and the most vital things that helps French keep robust.

Concentrate on the food you eat. Have food most probably at your house or a café without rush.

French people take less food. But as discussed earlier they relish their food so much that after taking long time to eat they feel full after eating less.

Now here is a weird yet very true aspect of French diet. French TV is appalling. So instead of sitting at home and enjoy home delivery they prefer to walk to the market.

Hummmm and now a top secret of French people which I am gonna disclose here. It is the exercise and fun that they experience while having maximum sex. So it burns maximum calories ending up remaining fit and healthy.

French people are very active even in small things related to our day-to-day life. French people prefer to climb stairs instead of going through lift or elevators. Moreover unlike American malls French go to different shops for shopping different things.

French use fresh vegetables and ingredients grown locally. They do not eat processed food.

So just follow the French diet and remain fit and healthy forever.
