The 22 year old American singer, song- writer and actress, Hilary Duff, ranked 7th amongst the 100 sexiest women of the world in the 2007 US edition. And here she reveals her diet secrets for being the ultimate sex symbol. Initially at the age of 15 she gained weight due to her unhealthy eating habits. She used to eat loads of junk food, chicken fingers, French fries and ice-cream. Her latest diet plan consists of green vegetables, fresh fruits and a small amount of protein.

· Her breakfast comprises of cereals with just a 2 percent of milk or omelette with feta cheese and a latte with 2 percent milk.

· Lunch includes grilled chicken Caesar salad blended with a tablespoon of low-fat topping.

· Dinner comprises of Tuna steak, grilled veggies and couscous.

· For munching she opts for mix nuts or fresh and healthy fruits like apple. She also coddles chips and salsa.
