Jane Seymour sharing her name with King Henry VIII’s third wife lost 20 lbs while preparing for dancing with stars. She according to my knowledge is the only celebrity who believes in not losing weight. On the other hand she’s trying to put on some weight lately. Now this is something strange that while all celebrities are dying to loose weight why Jane wants to put on weight? Anyways losing or putting on weight is Jane’s choice. But let’s just have a look at her diet plan.

Jane’s meals are heart healthy. Her staple diet comprises of fresh fruits and veggies with some lean protein. She loves berries and antioxidant rich foods. She says that her family grows fresh fruits and vegetables at home so they always have fruits and vegetables without pesticides. She stays away from red meat. In non-veg., she usually eats chicken or fish. She loves to eat pistachios. So at the end, conclusion is that eat less processed food and you’ll remain healthy and lean. And we can understand Jane that with all the rigorous dance training you can’t keep the weight on.
