Jennifer Aniston was looking absolutely implausible and flawless on the GQ cover page wearing just a necktie. The former “Friends” star who admits, that once she hated exercise and starvation for her body is now feeling more confident with her in shape curves. And here is her diet regime that keeps her body in shape and presentable.

· Aniston maintains the ratio of her food consisting of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 30% fat.

· She eats fresh low-starch fruits and veggies.

· Small amount of protein helps Aniston burn her excess fat and boost metabolism.

· Occasionally she eats yummy guacamole along with margaritas with her friends and beau.

· And last is the water intake which is of utmost importance. Have plenty of water and remain fit.
