Jessica Simpson has again managed to give her curves a perfect shape through the 5-Factor diet. And today we’ll be discussing on this 5-Factor diet treatment.

The 5-Factor diet is a pretty simple diet agenda. This diet is about eating just 1300 calories per day. It consists of 3 meals and 2 nibble a day. The ingredients may be fibrous, low-cal stuff and rich in carbohydrates. Along with each meal a beverage without sugar is a must.

So this is Jessica Simpson’s 5-Factor diet which is helping her look absolutely stunning and sexy. After seeing Jessica Simpson in this pic I too have purchased a 5-Factor book for getting similar curves.
