Miranda Kerr unveils her Diet Plan

It seems that she knows a great deal about eating right, since, before stepping into her modelling career she used to study nutrition. To stay healthy as well as in top form she focuses on her diet and her lifestyle.

Recently, Miranda was spotted suggesting some tips on healthy eating and the secret behind how she stays gorgeous to Modelina. First, she unveiled about the benefits of drinking water. She said that it is really essential to drink a lot of water and that she drinks from 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day. She further added that she thinks it is important to drink raw juices, since raw juicing is really great to get all the vitamins and minerals.

Miranda Kerr definitely bounds with endless energy. She mentioned that she follows a blood-type diet. In this context she said, “Eat for your blood type. I eat for my blood type. I’m an A”. Lastly, Miranda revealed that she tries her best to eat only organic produce. She commented, “Try to eat as much raw fresh organic produce as possible. I live not far from Union Square, so I’m always there at the market. They have a lot of organic products and I also like to go to Whole Foods. I go to this lady who sells really great goat’s milk yogurt.”

At 26, the Aussie supermodel pays close attention to her healthy mind and body manifesto. And it without doubt shows!
