I guess there are millions of women in the world who would like to look slimmer and better and that is why they use various diets and strictly follow their rules. I DO believe that everybody has heard of mysterious GI diet (that stands for Glycemic Index). The following diet comprises eating only foods with Gl, I mean glycemic load, for example: corn flakes, watermelon, extruded cereals. Their main advantage – they will help our stomachs to be fuller without actually a lot of food.
According to the following diet we should never ever eat eggs, fish, nuts, and etc. Ouch, I don’t think this diet will deliver! However, due to opinions of people who tried this diet, it works well but I just don’t feel like saying bye-bye to such tasty products!
A lot of people love a GL diet because there is no need to count calories!
