If you want to get a slim and healthy figure then for that you first will have to change your lifestyle. This belief is not that true actually that just by following a particular diet plan and just by spending time in gym. However, you should be more careful and interested about changing your lifestyle. Groom yourself in a way that you do not feel like eating those things and doing those things which will affect you and your weight. For that you will have to know what Sonoma diet is and have to try to follow it for the rest of your life. Once you are on the track, you will always be glad to be able to maintain such a restrained and disciplined standard of living.

The Sonoma Diet actually is good for those who can and are willing to spend some good bucks for it. The foods to be eaten in this diet actually are a bit of costly kind and it is not that you will have to eat these for a few days or months only. In fact, it is for the rest of your life that you will have to maintain a strict diet plan and continue eating these things.

There are three phrases of this diet in which you will have to strictly stick to each phrase and its rules. In the first phrase, you will have to be very sure that you are not gonna even touch sugar and flour. What you will have to eat in this session and even will have to continue eating integrates 10 power foods. These 10 power foods are blueberries, tomatoes, whole grains, spinach, grapes, olive oil, broccoli, almonds, strawberries and bell peppers.

In the second phrase, you will have to be vegetarian and avoid eating meats and all other fatty things. You are only allowed to eat vegetables, fruits and wine. The third and final and the never ending phrase comprises of nothing but maintaining what you have done in the previous two stages.

The Sonoma diet in true sense will be the perfect lifestyle for you.
