I think it is no use to tell you the evident once again, but beauty standards have changed and now only slim and curvy ladies can be named as hot chicks. Can you add something? But I can. And one more thing – always remember that magic diets simply don’t exist in nature.

Eat salads, because they are not only low in calories, but tasty and budget-friendly. Also you can make a salad today and eat it only in a couple of days – nothing will happen.
