For all the non-vegetarian lovers who want to control their weight, we have a bad news. As per the latest scientific reviews that vegetarian diet assists weight loss. It has been found out that eliminating non-veg food from the diet can result in a remarkable weight loss without any physical exertion or starvation.

Stoutness is the most common problem faced these days. It is found that the body mass of the vegan is less than as compared to the non veggies although the food intake of the veggies is more comparatively.

Some vegan’s don’t lose any weight even on abolishing meat which is absolutely rational as they replace it with other fat products like butter, milk and cheese. Intake of incorrect foodstuff will add weight even on a vegetarian diet, as with any other way-of-eating. The trap to drop weight on a veggie diet is to chart your food in advance, ensuring it comprises a mixture of fruit, vegetables and pulses.

The ease of a vegetarian diet attracts people having busy agenda and family. These recipes are familiar and easy to acclimatize. Advantages of being a vegan also include reducing the risk of diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure and some forms of cancer. I am proud to be a VEGETARIAN :)
