Dying to get the sexy figure just like your favorite star, Victoria Beckham? Well, the secret of her diet is going to be out now right away in this article. Victoria’s diet was so impressive that stars like Katie Holmes has asked her to share her diet secrets.

Though a Diet Coke fanatic, Victoria has maintained her figure even after not drinking water since years because she hates the taste of water. This gym probe lady has revealed that she follows a strict diet and always thinks ten times before eating a thing that whether she should eat it or not.

In an interview, Victoria Beckham revealed that she follows self discipline and gets up early in the morning. After dropping her kids to school she goes for jogging and she jogs for about 4 miles seven days a week.

In her diet, Victoria takes tots of antioxidants and the Omega three oils. Moreover, she eats fish and lots of veggies along with whole grains. All this along with a regular jogging routine keeps her fit. She also said that she doesn’t like doing exercising and running is the only thing that appeals to her in physical activities.
