Wedding is the special occasion at which every bride wants to look her best as thousands of eyes get fixed on her. Because of wrong eating habits, all of us have started gaining pounds these days. For your wedding you must be thinking to get that slim figure. Even if you are a week before your wedding, you can still get into shape by following a 5 day diet plan and boost your confidence on your wedding day. With this plan you can at least shed off 5lbs. But, if you have got one month, you can plan it accordingly and improve your skin along with getting into shape.

The very first task you gonna do is to say bye to salt. Bringing your salt content to just 3g a day would help you release 1.5 litres of excess fluid from your body, that would mean 2lb-3lb of your weight. This salt is mostly taken in the form of processed foods.

Take more vegetables and fruits. Being a rich source of potassium, they will promote kidneys to pass out surplus salt and fluid. They also provide vitamins like Orange gives Vitamin C. Green veggies make up for the desiccation caused by U-V rays.

To get smooth skin you should eat fish esp. shellfish and nuts as they have essential oils. Start taking more grapefruit as it helps control weight. Start taking more proteins in your diet. Do not starve yourself. Take 6 small meals a day. Eat slowly to avoid bloating.

While eating all this, don’t forget to do exercise which is necessary for reducing fat. I hope these would help you to get into perfect shape before your wedding.
