Hello dears!!! This week’s exercise makes your spine and abs strong and sturdy. So here’s the Airplane Pose exercise.
· Start initial position by standing erect on your feet and both arms on sides.
· Select a spot on the ground which is about 5 feet ahead from your feet and stare at that point.
· Now slowly lift up both the hands in an airplane position just as the wings of the airplane.
· While lift the hands lift one of the legs at an angle of 60 degrees from the ground.
· Now slowly try to bring the lifted leg at 90 degrees such that the leg, butt and hands seem to be in one line.
· Hold the position for a few seconds.
· Repeat the above steps with the other leg.
· Note while doing the exercise keep the spine and abs taut.
