Bicycle Crunches

Having sexy abs is every gal’s desire. One of the most effective and reliable exercises for getting perfect abdominal muscles is bicycle crunches. Here are the steps to perform the exercise correctly.

  • Lie down on a mat with both your hands placed behind the head.
  • Raise your legs from knees such that they make an angle of ninety degrees with the ground.

  • Now start moving your legs in bicycle motion.
  • Simultaneously raise your head with the help of hands which you have placed supporting the head in such a way that when your right leg is straight your right hand’s elbow should be close to the left knee which is bent.
  • Perform the exercise for 1 minute in two sets.
