First, you take the position of push-ups and then pose downward with pressure on your hands and get your hips up. Now slowly slowly slide downward relying on your hands. This sliding should be in a way as if you are going down under a bar and then take an upward turn by pointing your head up. Keep your body stable in that position for some time and then proceed towards the next position.
Now without breaking this position come back to your former state in the reverse manner. That means simply sliding and getting your head down and let your hips scroll up.
