Dive Bomber Push Ups Exercise

Hey, listen to me, I have a good exercise for you that will not only help you in making your stomach flat and slim but you will easily be able to get rid of your belly fat. Well, dive bomber push up is the name of the exercise and it will let you trim your thigh, your muscles and your stomach very easily. No need to go to gym, simply follow the steps that I have suggested you and get good results!

First, you take the position of push-ups and then pose downward with pressure on your hands and get your hips up. Now slowly slowly slide downward relying on your hands. This sliding should be in a way as if you are going down under a bar and then take an upward turn by pointing your head up. Keep your body stable in that position for some time and then proceed towards the next position.

Now without breaking this position come back to your former state in the reverse manner. That means simply sliding and getting your head down and let your hips scroll up.  

Do this exercise at your home yourself and find out how fruitful it is.
