To make your neck firmer, you need to first lie on a flat surface with a pillow under your neck. Then, clap your hands at the backside of your head. After this raise your head and press backwards exerting pressure by your arms in the forward direction.
Another easy neck exercise can be performed by turning your chin towards your upper shoulder as much as you can. Repeat the same for at least 10 times while putting some tension on your neck muscles expanding to your throat muscles.
