Exercise for Double Chin

Are you looking out for some ways to get rid of that ugly double chin? Well, only exercising the right way can help you get rid of the double chin problem. Perhaps, chin is the place where no one wants to get fat accumulated. So, to get back that sweet chin shape back, indulge in the following exercises.

Stand up in a comfortable way and then slowly raise your head from chest and tilt it back as much as possible. Remember not to strain your neck. Try to retain the posture for a few seconds holding the mouth tightly. Repeat for at least 10 times.

Another way of exercising for the double chin is to stand with your head at a natural angle and then opening your mouth wide and putting your tongue out as far as you can. Hold the position for 10 seconds and repeat for at least 10 times.

Sit in an upright position and tilt your head back as far as possible and then open and close your mouth with a stretch. Repeat this exercise for at least 10 times a day.
