Exercise for Strong Arms: Part 1

Wanna make your arms strong and sturdy? Perform the below mentioned exercise thrice a week and your arms will become athletic.

Stand in a crouch position as shown in the figure. Knees should be bent so as the chest and knee are in the same line.

Grasp a light dumbbell with your palm in the backward direction. Ensure your hands to remain straight.

Winding your hands lift your fist towards the chest.

Shove the dumbbells stretching your arms and knuckles up.

Curve your hands towards the axilla (armpit) and stretch them back straight. Repeat the exercise at least 10 times.
