Exercise of the week: Single Leg Bridge

The single leg bridge exercise helps strengthening the back muscles.

Step 1
Lie down on a mat.

Step 2

Bend the right leg and lift the left leg in upwards direction as shown in the figure.

Step 3

Now try to lift your butt keeping your arms on the ground.

Step 4

Come back to the starting position and repeat the above steps with another leg.
