Along with her workout routine, she strictly follows a 5-factor diet plan in which she is allowed to eat only healthy and non calorie rich food.
Lady Gaga’s workout routine starts with a basic crunch exercise, then she switches to reverse crunches and at last she does double crunch exercise by lifting both the ends of her body towards the center of the body. She uses only a few exercise equipments like a barbell or a dumbbell combination.
