At the end of a long tiring day, like all other parts of your body your eyes too gets tired and seeks for relaxation. However, people who need to sit in front of the computer for the full office hours, their eyes need extra special care and refreshment. There are certain very simple, easy yet necessary exercises for eyes that you can practice everyday and rejuvenate your eyes.

Try out all these exercises for healthy eyes:

keep both your eyes focused on the tip of your nose and be in that state as long as you can. Don’t blink in between and then close your eyes for sometime.

Eye exercise

Keep your head facing the front and then without moving it focus on your left shoulder. Stay focused like that for a particular time period and then close your eyes for relaxing. Repeat this step by focusing on your right shoulder now.

blinking_eyes

Keep blinking your eyes for moistening your eyes whenever you feel very tired and stressed. You can keep on doing it several times a day.

Inhale air, close your eyes tightly and then tighten your shoulders till the moment and to the extent you can. After that lighten the shoulders, slowly open your eyes and breathe out. This step should be repeated several times.

Palming

Keep your palms over your eyes and remain so till your eyes get warm. After a while remove your palms and open your eyes.

By sitting straight at the edge of a chair close your eyes through your palms. As soon as you feel that your palms are getting warmer you can feel your eyes too drawing that warmth. Now get your hands off your eyes.

Apart from these, you should drink plenty of water, should keep your eyes clean by sprinkling water, take a sound sleep regularly and must keep your mind free from all kind of stresses.
