Those who have smaller breasts yearn for bigger ones but the ones with bigger know the trouble of it. It looks very awkward when you find a beautiful top and you can’t fit in because of your big breasts. Also, how it would feel when you won’t get a bra of your size? People say do exercises to reduce breast size. But, there is no one particular exercise to reduce bust size. But when one performs exercises, one starts loosing weight in bust.
For those who face these problems, here are a few breast reducing/firming exercises:
First and foremost is going for a walk at least 30 minutes a day. This would help you shed overall body weight.
Next is Dart Exercise. Lie face down on a mat with legs and feet together. If you feel uncomfortable place a towel under your stomach. Relax your shoulders with arms by side of your body. Now inhale deeply and exhale deeply by pulling belly button towards your spine. Do it four times. Start the exercise by inhaling and opening shoulders at back, exhale reaching the hands towards the feet along with lifting upper body off the floor. Inhale and hold the position. Then exhale and return back. Repeat it four times. You can also perform this exercise using a rubber exercise band.
You can also do push ups to firm up breasts.
