I am ready to bet most of us forget about their legs when it is winter time. But toned legs is a key to success. Such legs look attractive and sexy no matter what you wear – jeans or a min-skirt. The following exercise is easy and helpful.

Dumbbell step up

It sounds unbelievable, buy using dumbbells during this step up can be highly useful. This exercise will help to tone your legs and arms.

The only one recommendation – helps make sure you keep your steps clean, and do a lot of repetitions!
