First of all, take a bench and stand with your heels touching the ground taking the support of the bench from behind. Now, do sit ups, giving the whole body pressure on your arms. Repeat this exercise for 3 sets of about 10 repetitions each.
Second, exercise is done using a dumbbell in one hand and placing the other hand on the bench. Now, Pull the hand holding the dumbbell behind your chest and then down below the bench. Repeat this exercise for 3 sets of about 10 repetitions each.
Third exercise is done by sitting on the bench and taking a dumbbell in one hand. Now, carrying the dumbbell take your hand towards the roof. And fold the hand behind your chest. Repeat this exercise for 3 sets of 10 repetitions each.
