Although the category is Exercise of the week, yet I would talk about exercises of the week. Are you dreaming of fabulous abs? Simply practice the beneath exercises and you’ll have perfect abs.
First exercise is Ball Crunch. As seen in the picture rest yourself on a ball. Put your hands across the head. Constrict your abs bending the upper half of your body upwards. While doing this try to balance the ball.
Next is Crunch & Reach. Start with the same position as mentioned in the above exercise. Keep a light load extended at the backside. Shrink your abs to move the load above the skull, slanting to the right, shrinking the right side of waist.
Third is Modified Plank exercise. Lie down resting your elbows and knees on the ground. Tighten your abs clutching your body without wilting in the middle. Cease the position as long as you can.
Fourth is the Woodchops exercise. Tie one end of an elastic band to a strong thing and hold the other end in your hands creating some tension in the band. Spin and raise your body in the opposite direction extending the arms diagonally.
Next is the Hip Extension on the Ball exercise. Rest yourself on the ground with your legs placed on the ball. Raise your hips keeping your abs stiff. Cease the position for sometime.
Last exercise is the Ball Taps. Place yourself on the ball with firm spine and abs placing your hands across the head. Shrink your abs making your feet move in cycling position with the help of a small ball. Try to balance the ball with the help of your abs.
