Exercises To Increase Breast Size

The most common problem faced by the women of modern age is a small breast size that makes them low in confidence. Though, you can wear padded bras to enhance your breast size or get a breast transplant, the best way is to increase the size through some simple exercises without any side effects.

The exercise to increase the breast size is to lie down on back holding a weight in each hand. Then, stretch your hands at your shoulder level. Slightly bend your elbows to bring the weights meet over your chest. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times.

Another exercise to increase the breast size is the pec press. For this exercise, you need to hold 3 to 5 pounds weights in both hands and then lie down on your back with your knees bent. Then, stretch your arms on both sides and slowly bring them together. Do this exercise at least 10 times every alternate day.

Do try the Wall Ups for increasing your breast size. For this exercise you need to stand on your feet while facing the wall at a distance of about 2 feet. Then, place your palms on the wall and lean your body little towards the wall try to touch your nose with the wall. Repeat to retain the position for at least 10 to 15 seconds and repeat for 10 times on a regular basis every alternate day.
