yoga-stretchAre you short in height? Then, you might have tried many ways to increase your height somehow. Well, no matter what pills you take, the only way to increase your height is by doing some effective exercises for increasing your height.

hangingThe first and most effective height increasing exercise is hanging. This is simple to do, as for this you only need to hang in vertical position regularly. This exercise helps stretching your spine and joints and reduces the tension between your vertebrae. All you need is a horizontal bar in a park or at home or at a gym for hanging.

alternate-leg-kickYou can also try Dry Land Swim exercise for increasing your height naturally. In this exercise, you need to lie on your stomach with your body full stretched. Then, focus on your lower back and lift your left arm and right leg parallel to the ground. Retain this position for a few seconds. Repeat with the other arm and leg. Stretch as much as you can in this exercise for getting the best results.

pelvic-shiftPelvic Shift is another height increasing exercise. Just lie on your back and then bend your knees. Try to lift your body from your back keeping your hands at side. Retain this stretching position for few seconds.

    Well it is very useful it really help me to feel good as my posture in nut straight after doing this i am really feeling comfortable all i have to say its superb.
