Side BendsOne part of the body that most of the women want to be slim and attractive is their waist. The sad part is that reducing waist is not that easy and people give up exercising but with no results. So, we present you with some effective exercises to reduce your waist.

Side Bends: Go for the side bends for reducing that extra fat from your waist. In this exercise, you need to lie on your right side bending your knees. Then, extend your right arm on the floor and placing your left arm behind your head, crunch your left elbow up and then lower it. Repeat this exercise 10 times on a regular basis.

Seated Torso Rotation Obliques Exercise

Seated Torso Rotation Obliques Exercise: This is another exercise for reducing your waist. In this exercise, you need to sit on a study chair with your feet on the floor. Make sure to keep your spine straight and then hold a medicine ball with your arms and exhale and slowly twist towards one side. Keep your head and neck aligned with your torso and arms. Repeat on the other side too.

These exercises if done on a regular basis will gradually help you reduce your waist.
