So the part of body that we gonna engage in this the exercise of this week is our knees. Do you know that for a stable life and for being a stable and strong walker you must keep your knees strong and trust me you will find this exercise pretty easy. Not only on your knees, this exercise play an effective role in engaging your shoulders too. This exercise is said to be the External Rotation on Knee exercise.
In this exercise you will have to sit in a bench with your right leg placed in upward folded position. Now keep your right hand’s elbow on the knee and then hold a dumbbell. Start moving your right hand up down by keeping it on your knee only. After that, start doing the same steps on the left knee and left hand. A regular practice of 8 sets comprising of 8 to 15 such steps will be really helpful for you.
